Our Impact Stories

“I’m so grateful for the support because it’s helped me to do something I love, whilst giving back to society. I appreciate the Foundation so much and I pray and hope that they will continue to support and empower women because we need their support to improve our lives” Grace, Beneficiary of the Beauty & Cosmetology Training Course – Facilitated by 'De Masters Will Beauty Salon', 2023, Freetown. With the skills gained in Customer Service, several of our students secured internships at banks and NGOs. Upon completing these internships, some have gone on to secure employment with reputable NGOs and restaurants. A few of our students were already running their own small businesses before joining the training course, and our program has helped them enhance their customer service skills. Their attitudes have shifted; they now smile, understand the importance of greeting customers, avoid speaking with food in their mouths, express gratitude with “thank you,” and pay greater attention to personal hygiene. The course has been a game-changer for our students career prospects. Esther Kamara, Founder and CEO of the Bromley School of Hospitality and Creative Arts
